A nice anecdote: Antonia Johanna Schröter, mother of Jacoba A.J. Lakerveld Bisdom had a sister Mary, who "courtship" was with Vincent van Gogh. However, they were not allowed to marry by her father.
The family Schröter is connected to the Begemann family (yes that Begemann Group).
[The Royal Begemann Group (RBG) is a Dutch investment company that was founded by Joep van den Nieuwenhuyzen. The name of the company is derived from the company Koninklijke Begemann NV, which in 1985 by Van den Nieuwenhuyzen was bought. This "company doctor" bought very much bad going on, they split and sold the healthy parts. After a series of scandals, processes and bankruptcies this group consists mostly on paper.]
My friend Miep Begemann, who I have known since her birth family therefore appeared to be related to me.

Antonia married Adrianus Cornelis Catharinus van Lakerveld Bisdom, son of Jan van Lakerveld Bisdom and Arnoldina Diederica Rica Wilhelmina Hanegraaff, on May 1, 1871 in Utrecht, Netherlands.1 (Adrianus Cornelis Catharinus van Lakerveld Bisdom was born on Jan 31, 1839 in Brielle, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands 4 and died on Jun 2, 1888 in Kralingen, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands 4 5.)
