Frederick William SMYTHE described as 26 years of age, about 5 ft. 8in. high, dark complexion, dark hair (brushed back), clean shaven, brown eyes, thin build, mark on bridge of nose, large ears, a painter and barman: charged that on Febreuary 5th, 1924, at Mount Lofty, he did unlawfully desert his wife, Alice Elizabeth Smythe. He is therefore to be arrested and brought before the Police Court, Adelaide, to be further delt with according to law. Warrant filed at Criminal Investigation Department, Adelaide. - (C.645.)
