To give you some idea of he sold, here is an ad from the Supplement to the Berlingian Political and Avertissements Journal, Friday evening, Dec. 21 1894:
Freshly smoked goods: Pommerian goose breast, leg of mutton, new raindeer meat, halibut, buckling from Hamburg, salmon of every quality, as well as salted and smoked oxtongue, All extra fine goods, available for dealership and consumers, 10, Klareboderne 10. Jacob B. Krøll. ' 7
