In 1901 she was living with her father Edwin 78 (widower). In 1911 she was living with her husband William Edward Blandford. She appears at the same address in the 1923 Kelly's Directory (P 642).
She had an estate probated on Mar 26, 1936 in Weston Super Mare, Somerset, England. 6 "BLANDFORD Louisa Sophia of 5 Park Villas Weston-Super-Mare widow who died 17 February 1936 Probate Bristol 26 March to Alfred Rogers Ford solicitor and William Henry Kerley hairdresser. Effects £9151 3s 4d."
