There is confusion between Charles Frederick Co[sgrave] Anderson and Percival Frederick Cosgrave Anderson and Annie Gregory Rice and Sarah Rice.
Charles & Annie show up on the Aust. Marriage Index as married in 1901 in Fremantle.
Percival & Sarah show up in "Flintoft" family tree as married in 1901 in Fremantle.

Charles Frederick Co[sgrave] Anderson may be a mis-interpretation of Percival Frederick Cosgrave Anderson's Death & Marriage information

Annie Gregory Anderson (b. Rice) Death Index record have her parents as James & Elizabeth
Sarah Rice was born 4 Feb 1879 to William Rice (1837-) & Sarah Gregory Sayer (1840-1915) Ratcliff Parish, Middlesex, England, she was baptised in 3 March of that year. There is no record of her coming to Australia. (A Mrs Annie Rice arrived May 23, 1907 with husband & son.)
I think whoever was doing the family tree got it wrong due to Ancestry's suggestion.

Conclusion: Percival Frederick Cosgrave Anderson married Annie Gregory Rice
