It was the fourth and largest of the ten ships, a barque at 867 tons and arrived in Auckland on 26 November 1847. There were 14 deaths during the journey, nine of which were children under 5 years of age. The last of the pensioners and their families dis-embarked on 16 December and followed the other families to Howick.
